Why do I need this?

If you've been doing triathlons for a while then you probably already know what races you'd like to see in your diary for next season. It's important that you improve on previous achievements in order to stay motivated and keep fit - if not fitter!

Winter is the time when triathletes regroup, take stock and start putting hours in the bank for next season.

By identifying your flaws and weaknesses early you can train out your bad habits, work on your core strength and conditioning and start the new year in top form ensuring new PBs at every turn ahead.
